Generative AI for Creative Media Production for Social Good

Generative AI for Creative Media Production is a hands-on, project-based course that introduces students use generative AI tools and concepts across creative media productions, enabling them to design and prototype an AI-driven short audiovisual work or game.

The aim of the project

The course is structured around a hands-on, project-based learning approach, guiding students through five key phases: discovery, interpretation, ideation, prototyping, and evolution. Through practical exercises and experimentation, students will gain firsthand experience using generative AI tools to develop initial prototypes or concepts.By the end of the course, participants will leverage their understanding of generative AI’s potential and challenges to generate creative ideas and design a media project. This project will simulate real-world creative workflows, allowing students to apply the knowledge and skills they’ve acquired in a practical and impactful way.
