Developing a toolkit for companies to increase diversity in HR-related processes
This ELU project will research the ongoing transformations of Estonian rural life from the perspective of its industrial infrastructure, specifically chimneys, collective farms and factories.
This project intends to gamify human rights education by introducing game-like elements to improve user engagement and contribute towards problem-solving. Through this approach the concept of human rights can become more relevant in everyday lives of people.
We are welcoming students who want to give input and develop support activities for Ukrainian refugees. Students can take into account the results and methodology of the project Baltics 4UA, develop and organize the activities for providing humanitarian aid or/and educational support to Ukrainians in Estonia and Ukraine.

Exploding our imagination of cities through film
In project participants will identify a specific problem related to misinformation and misrepresentation, define a way of approaching that subject, which they will research in detail, they will elaborate a non-fiction audiovisual artistic work that directly dialogues with the subject and represents their critical vision of it. These projects will be made up of teams of four (one person from each Alliance member: UL-Lisbon, IADT-Dublin, BFM-Tallinn, LUCA-Brussels).
Cities + Democracy + Art
In this project, we will help conduct research and create content for a pilot version of an online educational game that focuses on climate change. The game will adopt a problem-based approach and will be tested by middle school students in several European countries.
Students create a series of YouTube videos that explain the link between major sports events in history and International Relations.
