The aim of the project

The project aims to develop comprehensive guidelines that provide companies and practitioners, particularly within the tech sector, with best practices to increase diversity and inclusion, reduce bias, and improve the recruitment, selection, and promotion of women. Additionally, the project will address the importance of maintaining a high turnover rate for women to support their continuous growth and advancement within organisations.

When referencing project outcomes, the APA7 citation system is used.
If a work has more than 20 authors, the names of the first 19 authors are listed, followed by an ellipsis (...), and then the name of the final author. If there are fewer than 20 authors, the names of all authors are listed.
